1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and services provided by RADZ Dance Studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by and abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on RADZ Dance Studio's Site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Class Registration and Enrollment

Registration Requirements

Class Policies

• Classes are non-refundable once enrolled unless canceled by the Company
• The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes with notice
• Participants must arrive on time; late arrivals may be restricted from joining
• Participants agree to follow all studio rules and respect other participants

Health and Safety

• Participants assume all physical risks associated with dancing
• The Company is not liable for injuries sustained during classes
• Participants with medical conditions should consult a healthcare provider before joining
• Participants are responsible for maintaining proper physical conditioning

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon class registration or as specified in our pricing
• We accept the payment methods listed on our Site
• The Company reserves the right to decline payment
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• No refunds will be issued for completed classes

5. Cancellation Policy

Student Cancellation

• Classes can be canceled with 48 hours notice for a full credit or refund
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the class fee
• Unused class credits expire after [specify period] from the purchase date

Company Cancellation

• The Company may cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, instructor illness, etc.)
• Students will receive notice and offered alternative class times or credits

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, images, videos, logos, and software, is the property of RADZ Dance Studio or licensed to the Company and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or display content on our Site (comments, photos, videos), you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RADZ Dance Studio, its owners, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
